Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop: The Quarry Chapel in Gambier, Ohio
We are excited to share our first (mostly) Wordless Wednesday post this week! We love accidentally finding historical sites and building--and we stumbled upon this old, stone church while wandering about last summer looking for a hiking trail! Take a look at The Quarry Chapel--and share your own Wordless Wednesday (or mostly Wordless Wednesday) adventures in the link-up at the bottom of this post! Happy Wednesday!

Hey,
ReplyDeleteI'm visiting from Sue's. I love the old stone church with the bell tower and arched windows. They don't construct works of art like this anymore. Some churches look too sterile and uninviting with their modern designs. I prefer the warmth of an old country church over many I see today. Thanks for sharing!
Wow, so very beautiful. I am so glad that it is still standing. Thanks for sharing it with us.
ReplyDeleteLovely little piece of history! It's a testament to the quality of their work that it last. Thanks for linking on Amanda's Books and More!
